I wanted to share a quick story, recently I had a question regarding a suggested repair and let the shop know my concerns.Within a day the owner of Gils Paul contacted me regarding my concerns.He let me know that he would look into the matter and get back to me shortly.Paul called me the next day and asked me if I could bring my car back into the shop so that he could have the mechanic explain exactly what he saw and why he recommended that I get the repair done.I went to Gils today and they put my car on the lift and showed me exactly what th issue was.The whole process was very tranparent and honest. I will be bringing my BMW back to Gils in the near future for the repair.Thank you Paul and Josh. Christopher Benoit
