I was very happy with the service at Gil's. I had called a coupl of weeks ago for information regarding tires and a few other services. John was very patient through all of my questions and provided a detailed response to each. He let me know the tires I needed would be a special order and to allow for a few days to get them in. I made my appointment accordingly. I thought i needed a few other items done to my car- wheel bearings and an alignment. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that those items were not needed. The tech did the work to verfiy these items weren't needed and I wasn't charged for services I didn't need. It was refreshing as a woman to go to a shop and not be told I needed items that were not needed, nor was I approached about other items just to make more money for the shop. I will gladly be using Gil's in the future.
