I have had work done on my car several times at Gil's. The work is always done timely and well. They keep me posted as to what needs to be done, how it will be done, costs, and timing. They always listen to my concerns, no matter how crazy they sound. I used to go to Gil's Garage in Burnt Hills when I lived in Glenville about 35 years ago. When they opened in Halfmoon, about a half mile from my home, I was thrilled, and starting going there as soon as I realized they were there. I trust them in all ways.

I couldn't be more satisfied with my service experience at Gill's. They are truly professional and courteous with amazing customer service. You are made to feel as if your satisfaction is the only thing that matters and they go out of their way to make sure all your expectations are met. They are a wonderful example of how a business should be run. My car was just in for it's 60,000 mile service and it has never run better!
