The motor for the steering wheel was replaced as scheduled and was completed when promised. The steering wheel now telescopes as it should. The condition of the interior when I picked up the car was excellent. One small issue which was not the fault of Gil's. The local Lexus dealer gave Gil's the part number for the tilting motor instead of the telescoping motor. If the error had not been discovered before the scheduled repair, you would have had the incorrect part and my car likely would have been disassembled until the correct part was ordered and delivered to Gil's causing several additional days to complete the repair and leaving me without my car for a number of days instead of just one. Fortunately, in my discussion with John, we discovered that the wrong part was being ordered and was corrected before the repair was done.
