THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME HERE, BUT WAS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED BY MY FRIENDS. I BOUGHT MY KIA DOWN IN ALBANY BUT DID NOT WANT TO GO WAY DOWN THERE FOR SERVICE. THEY COULD NOT HAVE BEEN NICER AND HELPFUL. SINCE MY CAR WAS SO NEW I WAS NOT FAMILIAR WITH THE HATIN SYSTEM. PAUL SO KINDLY SAT IN MY CAR AND EXPLAINED IN DETAIL HOW TO USE IT. I AM VERY GRATEFUL TO HIM FOR HIS KINDNESS AND GOOD SERVICE. I WILL BE A RETURNING CUSTOMER.

The staff at Gil's is always very friendly and professional. I usually wait for my car while it is serviced, and their waiting area is very spacious and welcoming. It does not take too long either...I'm usually out within an hour. The prices are decent for regular maintenance kind of things.
