I was hoping for great service and that's exactly what I got, service with a smile. Everyone I spoke with was more than pleasant and it didn't take them long to inspect my car. As always, we were quite pleased with not only the professionalism that is always exhibited by John and Keith (and everyone) but we truly like the fact that we are made to feel like more than just a "customer" and therefore we trust them to always have our best interests at heart. We no longer bring our car to the dealership where we purchased it because every time we went there ( even for a routine oil change!) we felt as if they were trying to suck more money out of us.
