I brought my '89 Mercedes-Benz 190e 2.6 in to Gil's for the first time in need of some preventive maintenance using "BG Products". The technician assigned to work on my vehicle, "Mike", was exceptional. Before starting, he sat down with me and reviewed the previous maintenance history, the work I had requested and further suggested some other beneficial options. While the car was up on the rack, he brought me into the service bay for a walk-around and pointed out some issues for my interest to be serviced at a later date. All work performed was done in a very competent and timely manner. Likewise, the entire Gil's staff was both friendly and helpful. The overall appearance of this service facility reminded me of a F1 racing garage I had the pleasure of visiting many years ago.

The appointment was for a routine chassis lub. and tire rotation. I really appreciated being able to get the truck in promptly. The work was completed in a friendly, polite, and professional manner. Thank you.

Even though I had some problems with factory parts and had to be out of a car longer than I expected it was worth it I was treated very respectfully from all staff something Iam not used to from past garages I dealt with. Thank You very much.
