It was great and always is; I had an early morning appointment and my vehicle got serviced on time and efficiently. Love that they look at everything and let me know about items that I need to watch and also when something needs to be replaced or fixed.

Best technicians in the area. Shop is cleanest I have seen, above dealer service and quality, no sales pressure, Technician Jeff dialed in a precision alignment on my 2001 bmw 330ci that has custom suspension to better than factory specification. Price for service was more than reasonable. I recommend everyone to Gils since my first visit with my Chevy work van. Their shop is full of technology that would put any dealer shop to shame. Unlimited coffee supply in a comfortable waiting room.

I have always had good quality service from Gil's for over 30 years, first at your Burnt Hills facility and now in Halfmoon which is closer to my residence. I don't know why I would bother to go to any other place for car maintenance and/or good sound advice.

Staff is very courteous and knowledgeable. Mechanics are the best in the area!
