I'm happy to have Gil's in Halfmoon - been a client for many years at their Burnt Hills garage. I rely on Gil's for good advice in maintaining my Pathfinder and rely on their diagnostics to keep me safe. Pride of ownership: To look thru the window in the waiting room and be able to view the work space - which is always neat and clean with each "station" well organized and efficient looking - is reassuring to a customer. The given impression is that the mechanics set the same standards as Gil's - thereby creating a positive work environment. Who wouldn't want their mechanic to be skilled with a positive attitude?
